Strawberry Cake

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, remove plastic from cake and place bakery box in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, remove box from refrigerator approx. 2 hours before serving. To avoid color changes, keep cake in box, out of direct light, while bringing to room temperature.
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice. Store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

• Powdered sugar (cane sugar, cornstarch), sugar, strawberries, (frozen, unsweetened), butter, flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream cheese (pasteurized milk, cream cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum, xanthan gum), eggs (nisin), sour cream (cultured cream), trans fat free shortening (high oleic soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, mono and diglycerides), vegetable shortening (soybean oil with mono and diglycerides, propylene glycol, mono and diesters of fatty acids, glyceryl-lacto esters of fatty acids), white chocolate ganache (vegetable fats [palm kernel, coconuts, palm], sugar, dried whole milk, nonfat dry milk, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavors), concentrated strawberry icing fruit (corn syrup, strawberries, sugar, artificial flavor, contains 2% or less of citric acid, gellan gum blend [sodium citrate, sugar, gellan gum], pectin, salt, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, erythorbic acid, sodium benzoate [less than 1/10 of 1% as preservative], FD&C Red 40 and FD&C Blue 2), egg yolk (pasteurized), white chocolate curls (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, skim milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla extract (imitation, no alcohol), baking soda, salt, red food color (water, propylene glycol, FD&C Reds 40 and 3, and 0.1% propylparaben).
