Hummingbird Cake

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping box and store unopened at room temperature for up to 4 hours, in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 6 months.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, remove from freezer and thaw unopened in in refrigerator overnight.

• Confectioners' sugar (sugar, cornstarch), sugar, flour, vegetable oil, butter, crushed pineapple in juice (pineapple, pineapple juice, citric acid), cream cheese (pasteurized cultured milk, pasteurized cultured cream, salt, stabilizers [xanthan gum, locust bean gum, guar gum]), banana puree, pecan pieces, eggs, natural vanilla flavor, pineapple juice, salt, baking soda, ground cinnamon.

Please note that our made-to-order perishable food items are not eligible for next-day shipping – and they cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states or to P.O. Boxes.

While we appreciate your order, we're not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or natural disasters.

We're also not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
