CARROT CAKE

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store in refrigerator for up to 14 days.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Cake is best served chilled or at room temperature.
• If frozen, remove plastic from cake and place bakery box in refrigerator to thaw overnight.
• Remove from refrigerator approx. 2 hours before serving.
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before each slice.
• Store leftover cake in airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days, in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in freezer for up to 3 months.

• Cake: Soybean oil, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, eggs, carrots.
• Buttercream: Vegetable shortening (soybean oil, cottonseed oil, mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 80, TBHQ, citric acid), icing base (palm oil, canola oil, vegetable mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 80), buttercream flavor, powdered sugar, salt.
• Cream Cheese Icing: Butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, powdered vanilla, icing base (palm oil, canola oil, vegetable mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 80).
